Just wondering what people use to feed their fish, i usually switch it up with Marine cuisine brin shrimp and mysis mixes, and then ora glow dry food and some other dry food flakes. Last week however i bought formual one and this stuff seems to be way different then the marine cuisine, doesn't really seem like there is that much brine/mysis shrimp in their, what are other peoples thoughts on it? should i still be picking up marine cuisine too?

PE mysis, cyclopeze, and silver sides cut real small for target feeding and my shrimp. reef chili once a week

Formula 1 and Formula 2 are fine to feed your fish. They are good foods and I have used them both. It would be a great idea to mix in the foods the other guys are suggesting as well.

Ok the different ON foods use a gel binder to keep the foods together. I recently switched from ON to Tropical Marine Center foods. TMC is by far the best food I've used to feed my fish.

I also use Tropic Marin Lipovit which is similar to Selcon to help the fish.

The SaltWater Empire.....sure others do as well, but they dont wrap it up for you as nice:gay1:

Ocean Devotion as well. OD carries the larger slab size which ends up being considerably cheaper per ounce if you use alot of it.

I've wanted to make my own from fresh seafood for quite some time, lots of recipes out there. Just have never gotten around to it. I really really like the RodReef frozen but for me the quantities I use it would cost me $40 a month on food which I refuse to do.

PE mysis, mysis, cyclopeze(for small anthias), spirulina brine shrimp(For Tangs), reef chili(for SPS).
selcon for additive
