Is there a way to treat a clam for pests? Like using ReVive on corals? I have a clam that was in a tank with flatworms and had a Aiptasia Anemone on it along with what look like Spirorbid Worms:

So far I took a tooth brush to the anemone and the rest of the shell. Is there anything more I could/should do before introducing it into a new tank?

I have done a freshwater(ro/di) dip on my crocea clam, didn't really seem to affect the clam at all, just have to be careful how you do it.

When you say you just have to be careful do you mean to make sure temp and PH are that of the tank they are going into? How long did you do the dip for?

Correct. I was dipping for pinched mantle and I think it was for 1/2 hr., for your purposes it could probably be a shorter time limit (5-10min maybe). Of course there is always a risk of them reacting negatively so be careful.

Nick, just do a revive dip and your done...I wouldn't worry about it so much. Flatworms/ pyramid snails/ sundials are the main concern which revive will take care of.

Aptasia you can always zap with kalk or your peppermints will eat it up.

Thanks, I wasn't sure if you could do a Revive dip on a clam. Have you done this before? I assume so
